CTCC Cross-Border Competence Mobility Center at Klaipėda Science and Technology Park involves 3 creative brokers – Andrius Sutnikas, KSTP Development Manager, Erika Zavackienė, Innovation Manager and Jurga Petraitė, Communication Specialist. Our team members have acquired competencies in different areas – and that makes us stronger. Having experience in implementing projects with science, business and other organizations, we have a strong practical background, well-developed bonds with the important actors in the region and an extensive network of partners.

As creative brokers, we provide boost for the development of innovations in traditional companies, that represent the so-called blue and green sectors (shipbuilding and repair, marine energy, tourism, aquaculture, sustainable solutions, etc.). So our focus is on both small businesses, start-ups, and medium-sized companies that want to improve their products and services and gain a greater competitive advantage by collaborating with creative industries. We are happy to have contributed to some of the success stories in Klaipeda region, helping to develop new prototypes and attractive design solutions.
