We provide research and experimental development services and aim for them to be used by businesses focused on creating high added value.

We encourage the creation of start-ups, provide expert consultations and infrastructure services.

Facilities

We offer ~10 000 m² of infrastructure for office rent, events and prototype production in the historical Klaipėda University town and Klaipėda city center.

~ 50 technological and other specialized companies constantly reside in our spaces.

Projects

Since the start of the institution’s activity – more than 60 implemented international and national projects, responsibility and experience gained by being project leaders.

An active project activity formed a broad network of partners in Europe and beyond it’s borders.

The hackathon, which has become the business card of maritime Klaipėda technological events, takes place every year in KMTP spaces, as well as remotely and at partner locations.

We gather international teams of innovators to generate advanced solutions for ports, we encourage networking of tech talents and experts from different fields.

in 2020 the established association acts as a platform for cooperation between science and maritime business. The cluster coordinated by KMTP currently has 13 members.
