Workshop on tools for compilation and use of Electronic Navigational Charts (ENC)

2013-11-07

emma technologies GmbH invites you to Workshop on tools for compilation and use of Electronic Navigational Charts (ENC). During the workshop SevenCs will provide a live demonstration of their software ENC Tools, the smart choice for ENC Production. This training is especially interesting for harbour and hydrographic administrations, pilots, and other experts and organisations dealing with ENC.

ENC Tools enable easy data production and effective validation. ENC Tools are specifically designed for low and medium volume production environments typical of many hydrographic offices, waterway authorities and ports.

They are fast to implement, quick to learn and easy to use. SevenCs will also be show-casing our new ENC Encryptor suite, where local ENC data can be safely distributed via permit protection. This workshop is designed for anyone with an interest in the production of ENCs or other digital chart products. The session will be interactive and guests will be given the opportunity to talk directly to the SevenCs product experts and ask questions.

SevenCs GmbH is a software house that develops software for the maritime navigation industry. Its key products include the EC2007 ECDIS Kernel, used by OEMs around the world for navigationally correct chart display, ENC digital chart production tools, used by hydrographic offices and other chart producers, plus ECS navigation software for specialist applications, such as portable pilot units. Testimonials about 10 years of cooperation with KMTP

We have carried out a number of successful joint projects with KSTP. It is not only a reliable partner but also an institution contributing to creation of new jobs. For Lithuania currently it is an issue of topical relevance, therefore, the Park helping the youth to enter the labour market contributes to strengthening of the national economy. I wish that the cooperation between the Park and business were even closer.

The majority of innovative enterprises start their activities in small teams; therefore, KSTP is the best place to start business. The Park forms ideal conditions for creation and incubation of small enterprises. Small companies especially need help and space where they could grow and improve. I am glad that KSTP makes a very important contribution to promotion of small and medium business.
